Over the last few years he's helped skiers and snowboarders prepare for the Beijing 2022 winter Olympics along with Cirque du Soleil performers to maintain peak performance in China.

Dr. Austin Ruecker
Born and raised in Regina Dr. Austin attended the University of British Columbia in Vancouver and received his bachelor of Kinesiology. From there he earned his doctorate of chiropractic at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto.
Dr. Austin's chiropractic philosophy is to protect the health that you have before you lose it. Unfortunately society's approach to healthcare is typically waiting until you're sick and then trying to recover from illness. He believes that everyone should be doing what they can today to improve their health for tomorrow. That's why developing healthy habits early in life is important and where chiropractic care comes in. He treats kids as they have grown into adults and adults as they enter their senior years, all benefiting from routine chiropractic care.
These days when Dr. Austin isn't helping others he's mountain biking, hiking, swinging kettlebells or playing his guitar.

What To Expect for your first chiropractic appointment
Your Arrival at our chiropractic clinic
When you arrive for your chiropractic appointment our receptionist team will greet you and where you'll fill out health history forms. Please let them know if your appointment is due to a SGI or WCB injury. We provide direct billing so please bring your insurance card with you for best results. After your intake forms are completed you'll meet with the chiropractor.
Your chiropractic Assessment
Our Saskatoon chiropractor will complete a health history with a physical assessment including range of motion, neurological and orthopedic testing, and a back scan to assess the nerves of the spine. Depending on your results, the chiropractor may refer you to physiotherapy, acupuncture, or for x-rays before receiving your first chiropractic adjustment.
Your treatment Plan
Once information has been gathered and your assessment has been completed, your Saskatoon chiropractor will identify what treatment and therapy your condition requires in order to improve. Your care plan will be discussed, as well as any recommended services in addition to chiropractic care.
